Six Easy Weight-loss tips!!!


For people who are struggling with how they can help reduce weight, here are tips that may help you changing your game. This six tips that i share, are what i have done in the past, when i was trying to shed some weight , and i still am doing it to maintain my weight (and also for my health).

1. WATER!

 Drinking plain water (which is zero calories), actually help in increasing our body metabolism. When you drink water, 30 minutes before eating a meals, you will consume 44% less food naturally. Which means, you get full easily, this is one of ways to trick our brain to eat less.

Besides, water also hydrated our body, help preventing breakout, where it helps flush out toxic from our body.

2. AVOID SUGARY DRINK

Refrain yourself from drinking carbonated drinks, sodas, fruit juices because they contains a lot of sugar. No matter how good they might look.

3.GREEN TEA/LEMON WATER

I have been drinking this two thing for more than a year now. Drinking green tea helps me awake every morning. My body gets this energy and i rarely feels sleepy during class or at work. While lemon kind of reduce my belly fat formation. If you going for a workout or exercise, it better to drink green tea before starting.

4.CHEWING-GUMS


Between every meals, trick your brain into thinking that you're full by chew your chewing gums (a free calories one). Hence, your mouth still have something to do, it can be a substitute for sweets-if you crave one- , and it can decrease your appetite. Doing this might also distract you from thinking about eating.
*you can eat dark chocolate from time to time, if the cravings got sweet got too crazy*

5.EAT MORE PROTEIN.


For every meals, reduce intake of carbohydrates, and increase intake of protein. For example, do not eat bread, pasta, pizza, rice that have starch. But, eat more meat, fish, soy beans. Besides when you eat, chew your food slowly and thoroughly. Here again the brain will be tricked into thinking our stomach get full already, and then we eat less than what we naturally did.

6.JUMPING JACK


Jumping jack is like jump ropes, where all your body work out. I challenge myself to jump 100 jumping jack in a go, with not stopping in the middle. It tones out my calf, became more slim.

*right now, i'm challenging myself to do 3000 jumping jack in a day*- still trying though.
