The Ultimate Diet Programme!!!

Assalamualaikum. Hello,

Today, i would like to share how you can do an easy diet and lose weight.

Before breakfast.
---squeeze 1 fresh lemon into a glass old cold water or you can have green tea instead. Do this 30 minutes before having your breakfast.

Breakfast.
---eats fruits: two apples/pears. you can also have 2 boiled eggs and nuts.

Lunch.
-- small potions of rice + veggie +proteins

i dont usually have dinner, just snack. so for snack:

---fruits/cucumber/carrots/tomatoes cherries.

#no snacks or junk food after 9 p.m
#no carbonated drinks/ sugary drinks
#no processed food

Before bed.
---green tea

Next, for detox drinks.

--- water 5 to 6 cups
---ginger (grated or slices)
---sliced cucumber (3-4)
---sliced lemons (4-5)
---mint leaves (5 leaves)

you can also add green tea / lime and vitamin c powder.



However its important too to exercises. Because i dont like sweating, i just have a simple one.

---walks 30 minutes everyday
---jumping jacks(50)
---push up (20)
---planks (1 min)
---skipping
---jogging

#do this one time and then repeat it 1 more time

this is an half assed diet programme. for me i do this and sticks to the easiest because i'm a lazy girl. i have this kind of reminder that i need to do this so that in 3 months from now, i will thank myself.
